✨ Please note that a signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit of $500 will be required for your stay.
✨ We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the trash bin, with no loose trash, to avoid a $100 fine.
✨ Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including but not limited to; insects, bees, deer, bears and snakes. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.
✨ We welcome young families, however, this cabin is not childproof and please keep in mind that the cabin is in the mountains with high decks, an outdoor staircase, hot tub, and fireplaces, supervision of children is ALWAYS necessary. Children should NEVER be left unattended without adult supervision inside the cabin or on either the main or lower-level decks. Indoor gas fireplace is seasonal (October-May). Outdoor wood burning fireplace available year round (firewood provided)

✨ Four-wheel drive is typically not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly.
