Nestled on a slender peninsula, Stone Point stands as a truly exceptional property, boasting the unparalleled and highly coveted amenity of complete 360-degree panoramic views of the shimmering expanse of Lake Norman.
This expansive and meticulously designed retreat comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, offering abundant space and luxurious amenities. Guests can enjoy three separate and welcoming living areas ideal for unwinding and gathering. For moments of indoor entertainment and friendly competition after exhilarating days spent enjoying the lake's numerous activities, a dedicated game room provides hours of amusement.
The unique peninsula location provides a sense of secluded tranquility, enhancing the overall appeal and exclusivity of this exceptional Lake Norman haven.

The main-level primary master king features a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large shower and soaking tub, a desk, a sitting area, and stunning lake views.
Three upper-level king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, all with views of the lake.
Extra sleeping arrangements include
Upper-level bunkroom with two twin/full bunks (2 twins and 2 fulls) and two twin/queen bunks (2 twins and 2 queens) with lake view.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only.
Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
STAYLAKENORMAN reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time due to credit card issues and/or failure to complete contract signing process including but not limited to uploading ID, signing usage agreement, accepting house rules, confirming details over the phone with company representative, etc.

In 2015, StayLakeNorman started with their first specialty vacation rental home with an "urban contemporary" design theme. The Lake Norman vacation rental market loved this new offering, as the approximately 200 vacation homes in the area at that time were mostly just older lake homes that owners we not using and calling them vacation homes. Most had mismatched furniture, decor, colors and no dedicated style or concise personality. Over the next few years, StayLakeNorman continued to add new homes to the market and the luxury vacation rental standard was pushed up higher again.
StayLakeNorman was born and a "one-stop, sexy-house shop" was in full swing with the best designers and contractors in place to offer what luxury vacation guests wanted and demanded based on market feedback. We implemented management processes from the best and largest companies in the USA and continue to fine-tune the operation. Much was learned and many mistakes made.
Switch forward to today, StayLakeNorman has in their control the strongest performing vacation rental homes on Lake Norman. We also have a boat rental company and concierge services to help complete what luxury guests want in their vacations. Our staff includes Reservationists, Housekeeping Managers, Maintenance folks, Quality Control teams, and third-party housekeepers, private chefs, massage therapists, etc.
