Home to a soothing color scheme of driftwood browns, sea glass blues, and brushed gold tones, and high-end Pottery Barn furniture, guests may find themselves choosing between strolling down to the new public beach access next to Resident’s Beach or enjoying the sunshine on the deck or waterfront dock from her chaise lounge chairs.

The open plan chef’s kitchen is outfitted with every amenity one would expect in a commercial style kitchen.
Equipped with top of the line Thermidor appliances, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two indoor wine coolers, a gas range and more, this space is truly a place for those who love to cook. Watch the kids as they splash in the pool as you prepare a meal and serve a meal to those waiting in the elegantly appointed dining room located just steps away from the massive granite island. Set the mood with the 7 zone wireless music system with access to a music library.
