From the outside, the home is elegant and understated with a modern, coastal roofline framed by palms and tropical landscaping. A paver driveway leads to the front entry, where glass-paneled double doors welcome you inside.
The open, airy and bright great room features high ceilings, soft neutral tones and sliding glass doors connect the indoors to the outdoors in one easy motion. The oversized sofa and loveseat set is plush and inviting — a perfect spot for gathering the whole group for a movie night or lounging with a good book. The HD Smart TV offers premium channels and is one of many HDTVs throughout the home.
Step outside, and you’ll find yourself in Posta Mia’s crown jewel — the lanai. This wide, sun-drenched outdoor space features a stunning pool and spa, framed by swaying palms. Lounge chairs line the pool deck, a shaded seating area invites long conversations, and the outdoor dining table and barbecue master’s grill make alfresco dinners effortless. There’s even a mounted HD Smart TV, so you don’t have to miss the game while flipping burgers! Every inch of this space is ready for memory-making with your guests.
Open the sliders and walk back into the open-concept kitchen, designed for both form and function. With expansive countertops, large center island with seating for four, and top-tier appliances, the space is fully equipped to handle everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Nearby, the dining table comfortably seats eight beneath a modern light fixture – and waterfront vistas.
The home’s sleeping quarters also offer peaceful retreat after a day in the sun. The primary suite is tucked just off the pool deck and offers direct lanai access through its own sliding doors.
