Take the stairs up to the next level to find a designer one of a kind kitchen with 12 ft soaring ceilings, warm modern finishes, a Full sized bed in the "true loft space," a desk/workspace with the best views of the cruise ships, and high-end touches throughout such as a piano, Culligan water softener and conditioning system, mounted TVs in the bedroom and living room, 11 foot tall kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops and backsplash throughout. HOUSE RULES:

-Check out: before 10 AM
-Please close and lock all windows and doors upon leaving the property
-NO CANDLES
-The Piano is an HEIRLOOM and will be inspected after each stay for any issues. You will be held liable and charged fees for damages if there are any issues/malfunctions
-DO NOT CLIMB THE LADDER. It is for decor only. If the ladder is damaged, a $2500 fine will be charged.
-Please take your shoes OFF at the door
-Do not set the AC lower than 68 degrees
-Please only use warm soap and water to clean any countertops. All countertops in the properties are made of quartz. Any bleach/disinfectant will ruin all quartz countertops
-Please dispose of trash in the various trash receptacles around the property, not in the toilets.
-No smoking, vaping, or drugs
-Parties are STRICTLY prohibited, there are security cameras monitoring 24/7, noise ordinances and neighbors will alert the authorities.
-No overnight stays for guests that are not confirmed on the reservation
-Quiet hours are from 10 pm-7 am
-Check out is prior to 10 am, Check in is anytime after 4 pm

-If interested in a longer term bookings, we do require a short term or long term lease to be signed if staying longer than 90 days.
-If hiring services or staff such as chefs, massage therapists, etc. the guest must hire only licensed and insured vendors if they will be entering the property. PLEASE MESSAGE THE HOST TO LET THEM KNOW WHICH VENDORS/NAMES OF BUSINESSES WILL BE ON SITE. Guest may be held liable for any damages incurred by hired staff.
