The space
Welcome to 'Casa Al Mare 30A' professionally managed by Stay on 30a! A newly constructed, coastal retreat in the heart of Seacrest Beach. With private deeded beach access and a resort-style community pool just moments away, this luxurious and meticulously appointed home is the ultimate getaway.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with multiple ovens, gas cooktop, wine cooler and an array of small appliances. Gather for memorable meals around the table for 12, or enjoy dining al fresco with the home’s built in grill and outdoor seating.
Designed for relaxation and entertainment, the home boasts 85” TV’s paired with a Sonos sound system and subwoofer in both the 1st and 2nd floor living areas. Soak up the cool breeze outside under the string lit lounge area that also includes an additional beverage fridge and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.
Casa Al Mare 30A boasts three king bedrooms with en-suite luxury baths, an additional king bedroom with designated work space and a bunk room perfect for little ones. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s as well as sound stations for a restful nights sleep.
Six adult bikes are included for exploring local shops and entertainment in nearby Rosemary or Alys Beach, as well as a conveniently located tram stop just steps away from the home in Seacrest.
*Seacrest Beach deeded beach access will be closed for renovations January 5th to approximately January 31st. Guests should use the Inlet Beach access.

PARKING
Three parking spaces available (3 driveway). Overflow available throughout the community first come first serve. Passes are required which will be provided by Seacrest security.
Included are 6 bicycles (adult) for your convenience.
SEACREST BEACH COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. When you are ready to take a break from the pool and beach be sure to visit Peddlers Pavilion. Peddlers Pavilion is located in Seacrest Beach and is a collection of fun and unique businesses. Here you will find boutiques offering coastal attire to handmade jewelry. There are also some great local spots for dining. For additional entertainment shopping, dining and local events, take the Scenic 30A bike path to nearby Rosemary Beach, Florida.

*Seacrest Beach does not allow golf cart rentals.
AMENITY ACCESS
In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
BEACH ACCESS
1. Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.
2. Inlet Beach Public Access. This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. This beach access is one of our personal favorites and a short 10 minute bike ride away!
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a . Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire house & patios while staying on-site. There are two driveway parking spaces.
Home is located in Seacrest Beach between Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach.

Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*Please note, the Seacrest Community HOA has a planned pool closure for 10/27 - 11/24 for resurfacing and improvements. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
