Built in 1910 by and to be the country house of the Countess of Miravalle. The whole Condesa –i.e. Countess– neighborhood was her territory. This house was built next to the hippodrome –today Amsterdam Ave and Parque México. A few years ago we decided to share this beautiful property with the world as a fully serviced boutique house to host the most exclusive Countess' guests.

The space
The house has 4 large bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. Every bedroom has either a balcony or large terrace for indoor-outdoor living, plus its own mini-split for climate control.
The common spaces include a double height living and dinning room, a large central patio, a beautiful kitchen, and an extra room that can be used for meetings, work area, or just a place to gather.
The house was remodeled and decorated by one of the most famous designers in Mexico City.

Guest access
The property has staff dedicated to personally receive and help guests during their stay.

Other things to note
The original house has 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. But there is a way to add up to 4 additional bedrooms from the attached house that is connected to the original house. As when you ask for "connecting rooms" in a hotel. You can ask for "connecting houses".
Here the trick:
When you add guests to the booking you get an extra fee per extra guest. Every 2 guests it adds one extra room. Example: Inquire the house for 8 guests (you get 4 BR). Book the house for 10 guests (you get 5BR). Booking the house for 16 guest will give you 8 bedrooms/8 bathrooms.
