The accommodation, served by a large and easy staircase on the second and last floor (no elevator) of this magnificent historic building, opens to a large and bright living room of over 80m², furnished with refined furniture of high Italian design.

Upstairs, accessible via a scenic internal corten steel and crystal staircase, there is a magnificent private loggia. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, in Piazza Santa Croce. From its origins, the large square was the scene of festivals, meetings and city celebrations.
