Step into a world of sophisticated but casual luxury. With accommodations for up to 16 guests, this estate features 5+ inviting ensuite Queen bedrooms and an elegant bunk suite with 8 twin beds and 1.5 bathrooms catering to both adults and children. ‍

Exterior Details
The extensive grounds boast lush, mature landscaping, magical landscape lighting, sculptures, a huge lawn, large, gated pool area, tennis court with pickleball lines, outdoor fire pit and bocce court providing endless opportunities for outdoor entertainment and relaxation.‍

Interior Details
Inside the 7,800 square foot main house, enjoy custom furniture, high end finishes, and evocative wall art and sculptures. The spacious great room with soaring ceilings, a grand fireplace, and walls of glass that open to the screened porch dining room with overhead heaters offers the perfect setting for meals at a table seating up to 18 people. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and several dining areas. The main floor also features a sunroom, additional living room with a covered patio, a game room and two ensuite queen bedrooms and two powder rooms.‍

Upstairs you will find the primary suite with an outside verandah overlooking the grounds, an office area, the bunk room with 8 twins and 3 more ensuite queen bedrooms.‍

The pool house features a well-equipped work out room and a queen bedroom loft and sleep sofa on the second floor. ‍

For a special treat, wander over to the Barn-like Annex building to discover the hidden speakeasy with a distinctive bar, karaoke stage, ping pong and pool tables and media area. Upstairs, accessible via a separate entrance, is a queen bed sleeping area with a sleep sofa and bathroom.‍

Whether you are planning on a grand family reunion, a lavish celebration with friends or a corporate retreat, Simply Divine is sure to delight!‍

Guests staying at Simply Divine will enjoy access to BeautifulPlaces pre-arrival assistance. Our local staff can assist with pre-trip suggestions for winery visits, private chef dinners and any other special experiences you desire. On arrival day you’ll find a bottle of local wine and gourmet coffee waiting for you in your villa, and our team is available during your stay to answer any questions you have.‍


House Rules
This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties.   Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 24 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am.  The pool is not fenced or covered, and is heated only between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Please contact your BeautifulPlaces representative with any questions about the features, amenities or policies for this house.‍
