- Rental agreement will be sent after booking to confirm your reservation
- If you would like to guarantee a specific temperature, pool heat is available for an additional fee of $95 per day, July-August, and $150 per day (April-June and September-October) and must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay (as the pool needs time to heat up). Pool heat is available from April - October.
- Traveling with kids? By request the pool and hot tub can be covered with a child-protection net. Inquire for details.
- Maximum of 4 cars allowed
- Maximum of 8 guests on property
- No parties, events or commercial photography/videography
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home
