Other things to note
Winter: The home is perched on a hilltop with a steep private driveway. The driveway is professionally plowed after snowfall, however an AWD or 4WD SUV is strongly recommended during winter weather conditions.

Summer: Mountain evenings can become cool even in summer, with nighttime temperatures often dropping into the 60s or lower. We recommend bringing a light jacket or long-sleeve layer. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for comfortable sleeping on warmer nights. The main living area is not air conditioned.
