| Indoor Heated Pool for year-round enjoyment
- If desired, pool gas heating is available for an additional $175 per day, ensuring a warm and comfortable swim in all seasons. The pool heats up to 30 degrees with the gas heating, this is not the same as spa temperatures, and guests should not expect the pool to feel like a spa. Please note, the pool is otherwise solar-heated, which depends on sunny weather for optimal warmth.
**Pool heating requests and payments need to be made no later than 48-hours prior to your arrival date, otherwise we unfortunately will not be able to offer this service during your stay.

**The pool heats up to 32 degrees with gas heating—note, this is not spa temperature and should not be expected to feel like a spa. It will feel more like a comfortable warm bath not 'hot'. The pool is otherwise solar-heated, which may be limited in warmth during overcast or cloudy winter days.

All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking will result in automatic cancellation.
House Rules:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 14.
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 5 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited.
7. No Bucks, Hens or Schoolies: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbours, we do not allow bucks, hens or schoolies on the premises under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited both inside and outside the property. The property is fitted with smoke alarms that are sensitive to vaping.

Guest Limit Policy:
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing which is 14. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

Please note there is no street parking available, and parking on neighbouring properties or nature strips is strictly prohibited to ensure the comfort of our neighbours.
