The space
Spread over three levels, it features four en-suite bedrooms, including one with bunk beds, making it ideal for welcoming both children and adults. With the Mont Blanc as a stunning backdrop, the setting is exceptional, offering a breathtaking view every morning.
The spacious living area, bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows, is centered around a wood-burning tunnel stove, allowing you to enjoy the warmth of the fire from both the living room and the dining area. A cozy space where comfortable sofas invite you to unwind after a day in the mountains, all while enjoying perfect insulation and enveloping underfloor heating. You can also relax with a movie in the TV lounge.
The fully equipped modern kitchen opens onto the living space, allowing for moments of conviviality while preparing delicious meals. After a day on the slopes, store your gear in the ski room, then treat yourself to a true moment of relaxation in your private sauna. The TV lounge and living area, flooded with natural light from the large windows, offer a breathtaking view of the Alps.
Located just 2 minutes from Bettex and 13 minutes from the center of Saint-Gervais, this area of the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski domain boasts over 400 km of slopes and direct access to neighboring resorts. Nearby, you'll find local shops, a sledding track, and numerous scenic walking trails. A gondola even allows you to descend directly to the village center and the SNCF train station, all without needing a car.
The center of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains is reachable in less than 15 minutes, while Megève is just 20 minutes away by car. For an even more exclusive experience, board the Mont-Blanc Tramway to reach the highest peaks, or head to Megève, a nearby village renowned for its Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury boutiques.

- The TV is internet-connected with popular streaming apps and casting options. Some classic French channels are available, but not all.
-There is a chalet in construction nearby, therefore there may be some occasional noise (however works stop for the winter season). For more information, please enquire at time of booking as the new build progresses rapidly and you may not be affected.
