The space
Thoughtful interiors embrace modern Pacific Northwest design and bring the outdoors in with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide natural light and showcase the Ponderosa pines surrounding the home. You’ll find an expansive great room great for entertaining with a gas fireplace, a dining area, large kitchen island bar and open chef’s kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and high-end finishes. Two patios offer extensive outdoor living space, with a dining area, outdoor firepit and a full-size hot tub overlooking protected woodlands.

Part of Caldera Springs’ adventure-filled expansion, this Forestbrook home is a block away from the new Forest House pool and recreation area with pool’s, lazy river and water slide, gym, pickle ball, play area, sledding hill and bar with two lane bowling alley .
