Falconridge is a truly spectacular home, gracefully positioned in the exclusive enclave of The Preserve at Jacks Point. It offers breath-taking unparalleled views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkable Mountains and lush grounds of the prestigious Jacks Point Golf course.

The space
Falconridge has been architecturally designed by Fearon Hay with the aim of creating a home that is modern, yet timeless and thoughtful in every aspect. Each corner of this home has been meticulously designed to create many beautiful spaces for family and friends to come together, relax and enjoy each others company. From the serene outdoor living area which captures the majestic mountain and lake views to the dream designer kitchen which leads onto the spacious open plan dining area.

The main wing of this home boasts a show stopping master bedroom, ensuite and walk in wardrobe offering full privacy and seclusion. Located on the opposite end of the home is the guest wing which consists of three double bedrooms all complete with ensuite shower rooms.

There are also a number of additional spaces where guests can relax and unwind. The media room with gas fire for a cosy movie night, the outdoor spa pool to de-stress after an active day in the outdoors or a hot sauna to loosen up before retiring for the night. There is somewhere for everyone.

Falconridge is located in the enviable location of Jack's Point. The area offers a world-class spectacular golf course. There are also great expanses of gorgeous tracks for hiking and cycling as well as a wonderful restaurant and country club. Jacks Point is only a 20 minute drive from Queenstowns' CBD, and 10 minute drive from Queenstown airport making it the perfect spot to base yourself.
