🏠 Alpine Tenshi Villa - KISSHOTEN

One of the two largest villas in the Alpine Tenshi collection. A spacious 4-bedroom residence with stunning premier alpine vistas. Has a generous master suite, a full bathtub, jacuzzi and a walk-in closet. This villa is also connected to BENTEN, making this perfect for large gatherings in the midst of the Japanese alps.

The space
While in close proximity to the action on the slopes, the Villas are in a tranquil and exclusive enclave, surrounded by the sheer wilderness of the river flowing by, and the untouched forested mountains. These spacious and luxurious 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom villas have been individually created to capture this incredible natural beauty, with huge windows offering the most amazing views. You might wake to find animal tracks in the snow outside your bedroom.

Villa Kisshoten is one of the two Owner’s Villas and features artworks from the Owner’s private art collection.

At the ground level, from the covered parking or porch there is easy entry into the main hallway with ski locker/dry/laundry room. There are three twin bedrooms where the beds can be set as singles or as king beds; each room has en-suite shower, vanity, toilet and closet space, and a built-in workbench.

The ground floor houses a sauna, handcrafted of Japanese hinoki wood by local master carpenters. There is also a spacious jacuzzi relax space with shower, toilet/vanity, and deck area.

Emerging at the top of the stairs, your eyes will be met by the most spectacular views of alpine wilderness through huge windows, as you step into a super-spacious living area, with its comfortable sofas and chaise lounges.

The open plan living/kitchen/dining room has island seating and a dining table for up to ten people. The fully fitted kitchen with Miele dishwasher is perfect for home cooking, or for relaxed elegant dining with our private chef service.

There is also a covered balcony with a gated link bridge to Villa Benten (another four-bedroom villa), allowing large family and friend groups to interact.

The upper floor also has an office/work room, and a spacious master bedroom suite with full bathtub, shower, toilet, vanity and walk in closet space.

The villa is beautifully furnished with plenty of space for everyone to relax, and with underfloor heating in all the rooms, so you can enjoy a cosy and comfortable stay even on the coldest of nights. For the summer season, all the room have air-conditioning.

Please note that due to the slope-side higher elevation location, during winter season the Villas can only be accessed by 4WD vehicles with snow tires.
