The space
The entire home was extensively remodeled in 2023 bringing the latest tech updates and exquisite modern design.
The home consists of 3 bedrooms and three ensuite bathrooms with a detached "Ohana", or in-law unit, which features a bedroom, kitchenette, full bathroom and a relaxing garden shower.
Located on popular exclusive Kahikole Street, in the heart of Hualalai Resort, you will be just a 5 minute golf cart ride or a 10 minute walk away from the legendary amenities of the Four Seasons Hotel and Hualalai Sports Club and Spa — relax at one of the 5 pools, play a few rounds on the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, pamper yourself at the spa, dine at one of the 4 resort restaurants, or play a few sets of tennis or pickle ball. A short walk from the home in the opposite direction and you will be at the Alaka'i Nalu Ocean Activities Center beach where you can enjoy snorkeling, Stand up paddle boarding and boat excursions.
With over 3,000 square feet of indoor living space there is plenty of space to gather in a group in addition to private spaces to retreat alone. The spacious home includes a great room that seamlessly opens onto the expansive lanai blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. There are large dining tables inside and outside for family meals and a gorgeous private pool and hot tub. Enjoy cooking in the chef's kitchen or fire up the gas grill on the lanai.
The primary suite features a king bed, a spa-like bathroom with soaking tub, an outdoor shower and courtyard, and its own lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean. The second and third bedrooms feature king beds and their own full bathrooms. These bedrooms also open to private outdoor lanais with views of the Hualalai volcano. All three bedrooms and the living room feature flat screen televisions equipped with cable, Apple TV, and access to your favorite streaming channels.
You can pack light because there is a dedicated laundry room conveniently located next to the kitchen.
Two 4-passenger golf carts await in the garage for easy transportation throughout the resort.

Guests at this home will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note that golf course play and certain services at the sports club, spa, ocean activity center, tennis club and kids club are user-pay in addition to the daily fee. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
