The space
From the moment you enter Aurora Summit at The Residences at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, the stunning slope views invite you to experience everything this area has to offer. This mountain chic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence combines the comforts of home with the elevated service and hotel amenities offered. After a day on the mountain, relax by the fireplace or unwind in one of three rooftop hot tubs, savor a craft cocktail at Hidden Ace, or enjoy a meal at the signature Remington Hall. After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to your Luxus Boarding Pass via Enso, an official Airbnb partner. Your Boarding Pass includes everything you need to know about your stay—property details, helpful tips, and your check-in instructions. A reminder will also be sent via text 24 hours before arrival.
Located just 40 miles east of Salt Lake City International Airport, Aurora Summit at Deer Valley’s East Village is tucked into the Wasatch Mountains and overlooks the Jordanelle Reservoir, offering easy access to multiple ski resorts, as well as ample biking and hiking trails. A 15-minute drive away you’ll find downtown Park City, offering plentiful dining, shopping and entertainment options.

Check-In Details for The Residences at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley
To ensure a seamless check-in experience, you will be required to register at the Front Desk/Guest Reception upon arrival. During check-in, a guest folio will be created, and a valid form of identification and credit card will be required for any incidental charges. Once registered, you will receive keys to your residence, providing access for the duration of your stay.
As part of the check-in process, guests will also be asked to sign a release form, acknowledging and agreeing to the rental terms and conditions, including a waiver of claims related to the stay.
Please note that a daily resort fee of $20.00 (subject to change) will be applied to your stay. This fee includes access to a variety of services and amenities designed to enhance your experience, such as:
