Between the three buildings you have a total of five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a private swimming pool, a yard with actual grass (another rarity in Key West!), two open living areas, two fully equipped kitchens, off-street parking in the driveway, and a superb downtown location that allows for easy access to the best of Old Town Key West. Paired with Last Key Realty's Five-Star Guest Services & Complimentary Concierge, your month at THE THREE MERMAIDS will seem like some exquisite dream you'll never want to be over.
THE LOCATION…
If you decide to pull yourself away from these beautiful homes, you’ll realize that the best Key West restaurants, live entertainment, and attractions are all within a few blocks of your front door. While you won’t need a car to get around from this fabulous location, there is an off-street parking space in the driveway. If you don’t have a vehicle but want to explore the island in a fun way, Last Key Realty’s concierge service can assist with golf cart, scooter or bike rentals.
THE PRIVATE POOL & YARD…
The private pool is like something out of a dream; featuring a sun shelf to relax on or a deeper section to take the plunge, your group will enjoy soaking up some sun in this spa-esque water feature. And don’t worry for those of you coming during the cooler months, this pool can be heated so you can use it year-round. The pool area has chaise lounges for those sun seekers in your group, while the yard has plenty of spaces under cover for those wishing to enjoy the shade.
The outdoor space features ample seating, from a full outdoor living area set to the dining table with seating for eight, your group will have no problem finding someplace comfortable to rest and relax. Use the propane grill when you want to bring the group together for happy hour or a poolside BBQ. There is even a patch of grass for your four-legged furry family members to enjoy.
THE LIVING AREAS & KITCHENS…
Two of the three homes have full living areas, each with plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day on Duval Street or out on the water. Each living room features a large flat screen TV that can be enjoyed from the comfortable furniture options. There are two kitchens, each equipped with every appliance and tool the chef in your group will need to prepare meals from home. The other home is a studio cottage with a kitchenette.

There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

* For security reasons Last Key Realty requires a credit card on file for all reservations. Unfortunately, AirBnB does not share your CC info with us, thus you will be required to contact Last Key Realty directly to submit a credit card on file for your reservation. Only then will your reservation be confirmed.
* Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only.
