Nestled in the gated villa community of Sunny Bay Estates, Villa Beachfront Horizon is a masterpiece of tranquility and elegance. Set atop the Chalk Sound Peninsula, this newly designed villa gazes over the serene waters of Silly Creek.

Step inside to discover a realm of luxury. Villa Horizon boasts four spacious bedrooms, an airy open-plan kitchen, and a living area seamlessly blending indoor sophistication with outdoor splendor. At its heart lies the Master Bedroom, an oasis of refinement featuring an open-concept design. This exquisite suite opens onto a wraparound balcony, complete with a private hot tub.

Two of the three remaining bedrooms are located on the main level. Each is artfully designed custom with Versace accents, king bed’s, spacious on suite bathrooms and walk in closets.

The remaining 4th bedroom is located on the second floor near the master suite. This bedroom has an open design with 2 queen beds, a walk in closet, a wrap around deck and access to a private putting green.
