With direct access to a private beach and incredible views, this place is hard to beat. The apartment is modern and functional, with everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is one of the top spots in Dubai, so you’ve got The Walk at JBR, Ain Dubai on Bluewaters Island, and a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. And of course, there’s a pool and gym for when you want to chill or get moving.

The space
Who wants to go out when everything you need is right here? The decor is perfectly on point, creating that cozy, inviting vibe. You’ve got choices—kick back and binge-watch your favorite shows on the couch, or take in the views from your balcony. If you’re done with takeout, the kitchen’s ready for you with everything from a stove to a microwave. After dinner, load everything up into the dishwasher, and when laundry day comes, the washing machine's there to help. And with Wi-Fi that’s fast enough for all your video calls, staying connected is easy.

Master Bedroom
After a long day of sightseeing, this bedroom is all you need to relax. A queen-size bed with soft sheets, pillows, and a view of JBR Beach? Yes, please. Plus, there’s your own private balcony. The en suite bathroom is a treat with a bathtub that lets you soak while you enjoy the view. And the wardrobe? Plenty of space for all your vacation outfits.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed, while the third has two single beds, both with premium linens and views of the city. A shopping mall featuring more than 130 stores is located within the Marina, a supermarket, and a six-screen cinema. Embark on an exciting culinary adventure at Pier 7, a signature building featuring a unique fusion of tastes, presentation, ambience and style on every floor.

Located on the beachfront, JBR is a promenade with 1 mile of skyscrapers designed with an Arabian theme.
