The space

As you step through the grand farmhouse-style entry door, you are greeted by a refined fire sided living room seamlessly flowing into a sophisticated formal dining room, an executive office neighboring a custom powder room with ample amount of cabinetry.

The gourmet Chef's kitchen is a culinary dream showcasing stone countertops, a large center Island, a walk-in pantry, and Thermador appliances - all connected by the elegant wine wall and family room with custom built-ins, and pocket sliding doors that open to the resort-like backyard all on top of an XL Lot featuring a pool and spa accented with LED lighting, al fresco dining area, pool cabana with a TV hookup, full bathroom and a complete outdoor kitchen with a BBQ pit, refrigerator and sink.

Making your way up the chandelier lit stairs welcomes the master retreat with a private balcony, fireplace, custom walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom boasting dual vanities, a luxurious soaking tub, and a grand standing glass rain shower.

Abiding the master are three sizeable bedrooms, a private outdoor terrace and the laundry room.

Additional luxuries include the pre-wired Control-4 smart home system, sleek linear air vents, a finished 2-car garage, indoor/outdoor surround sound capabilities, and comprehensive security camera coverage throughout.

-No smoking policy
Our smoking Policy is Strict, this is a non-smoking property, located in a High-Risk Fire Zone! Please do not smoke inside the property! If you smoke outdoors, please do so in the front yard and keep the sliding door and windows closed. Our smoking policy is VERY Strict. If there are smoke smells in the home, you may pay a fine up to $500.
**No smoking inside the property.
No smoking of any substance including vaping.

Photography/shootings / small events **Do not host parties or gatherings, please discuss with us in advance if you have extra guests coming and get approved. The number of guests you mentioned in your booking will be considered as the guest allowed to stay. written request beforehand - specifying the terms and Deposit amount. Please contact us directly

-Pool /Jacuzzi can be heated for additional pay $150 a day, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it on time.

-Quiet hours
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am noise should be kept to a minimum.

Please do not host additional guests other than the number listed in your reservation.

-Damages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

Please mention if you arrive with Pets.
Pets must be groomed and well-trained. They are not allowed on the sofas (indoors/out) or in beds at any time!!
Pets should not be left alone in the property or outdoors while you are not there. Please make sure to clean up your pet before you leave.

**Please note that there is a pet fee of $150 for up to 2 pets. When booking we will request a $500 deposit and deduct the pet fee when returning the deposit. Failure to notify us of a pet will result in a $300 pet fee.
