Enjoy an dream vacation in this unique new resort style home designed to feel like a vacation home in the heart of LA. The Tulum-style design, large infinity pool, abundance of outdoor spaces, and peaceful hillsides all around make you feel like you’re far away from the hustle and bustle of it all, while the spectacular view of downtown reminds you that you are in the heart of the city of Angels. Just 20 mins to LAX, beaches & downtown LA, even less to hip Culver City.

The space
The living room has a large, super comfortable sofa and big screen TV perfect for watching movies, and a double sided fireplace that overlooks to the covered patio. The dining room has a family style dining table that comfortably seats 8, and the oversized kitchen features a huge wooden island and large windows looking out over the hillsides that make you feel like you’re in the country. Large sliding doors open up to the covered patio with comfortable seating to enjoy a drink next to the fireplace, and a large wooden table that expands to seat up to 12 people for evening dinner parties al fresco while enjoying the spectacular night time downtown skyline. Electric heaters keep you comfortable even on chilly nights.

The entire backyard area is oriented towards the gorgeous view of the city, and includes a turf area large enough to play soccer, volleyball or badminton, a patio with a ping pong table, and a “beach” with a large trampoline and lounge chairs flanked by palm trees for a true vacation vibe. Plenty of towels and toys can be found in the exterior closet. The other side of the pool area includes a large wood deck with a fire pit flanked by hillsides.

The main floor also includes a family room/4th bedroom with a luxurious sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom that opens up to the yard. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, as well as the laundry room.

The main bedroom is a true luxury suite with its own living room area and even better views from the higher vantage point. The oversized bathroom is an amazing spa retreat with a large shower with rain-shower coming down from the skylight, a beautiful dual vanity with ambiance lighting, and a standalone tub with a perfectly framed view of downtown.

The front yard is beautifully landscaped with flagstone and desert plants. Located on a cut de sac in an extremely quiet and friendly residential neighborhood with plenty of parking.

Guest access
The entire home is accessible to guest, with the exception of the garage and the separate office located above the garage (not accessible through the house).

Other things to note
This is our personal home that we only rent during vacations. Please treat is as you would your own, and respect our neighbors. The house is great for respectful groups and has lots of fun amenities that we hope you will enjoy. But it is NOT a party house, please no loud parties or excessive noise after 10pm.

Pool heating is available for an additional $110/day as it is a very large pool. We can control this remotely.

We have 2 dogs, and although we do clean the house thoroughly before guests arrive, this may not be the right house for you have dog allergies.

I am originally from Holland, and moved to the US 20 years go and never left. My husband and I designed and built this home as our dream home and have lived here since September 2024. We love the home and the neighborhood, and hope that you will too! It truly feels like a resort and we enjoy it every day. Please be aware this is NOT a party house.
