LOCATION
The exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood is nestled on the south side of Whistler Mountain, high above Whistler Creekside. It is easily accessible by road or 4 minutes by private gondola from the base of Creekside. Kadenwood provides easy access to ski-in/ski-out trails on the edge of an old-growth forest and offers incredible panoramic views of the Whistler valley.
KADENWOOD GONDOLA
Guests staying in Kadenwood enjoy exclusive access to a private gondola. This 4-minute journey takes you directly to Creekside Village, where you'll find shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the Creekside Gondola for easy slope access. A small parking area at the top of the gondola makes transporting guests and sports gear a breeze. The gondola station is just 400 meters from the property, accessible via a 5-minute walk or a quick 1-minute drive. Check the gondola operating hours for more information.
SKI INFORMATION
Ski-Out
This is a TRUE ski in/ski out home. From the mudroom where you will store your gear, it's 10 steps to the trail that connects to the 'Lower Peak to Creek Trail,’ leading you to the base of the Creekside Gondola. It's an easy trail for all levels.
Ski-In
The ski home from Creekside is just as easy. From the top of the Kadenwood gondola, you'll find an easy trail that leads you down past multiple Kadenwood homes, and it will lead you directly beneath this property. It's about 20 steps back up to the mudroom where you'll store your gear.
Please be aware that ski-in/ski-out access is weather-dependent and typically available from late December through March. If you d like confirmation of snow conditions before your arrival, feel free to reach out to our Guest Services team.
BIKE PARK ACCESS:
Taluswood is situated near the Whistler Bike Park's Creekside zone, making it a convenient location for riders.

Other things to note:
- A $15,000 CAD damage deposit is required and the preauthorization will be charged 1 day prior to arrival to cover any damage or fines incurred during the stay.
Guest access
During your stay, you will have access to the entire 6 bedroom 8.5 bathroom residence and garage, free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Included in the unit are towels and linen for your stay, hair dryers, washer and dryer, fully-stocked kitchen, and coffee, tea and hot chocolate for after those cold ski days or cool summer nights.
Other things to note
- Please note we have a strict no party rule and minimum 30 years old booking policy, this person must also be staying at the accommodation. No exceptions will be made.
- No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
- Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

- We offer a very detailed Guidebook which will detail out everything you need to know during your stay including full check-in and check-out details to ensure your experience goes smoothly from start to finish.
- Please note we have a strict no party rule and all guests must be a minimum of 30 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- A mid-stay clean is included for bookings over 7 days applied every 7 days of the stay. This is a surface clean of the kitchen, bathroom(s), and bedroom(s) and does not include a linen change but guests may request an upgrade to a full linen change (additional charges apply).
- Kadenwood is a family-oriented, quiet, residential neighbourhood. It is a wonderful area of Whistler to spend your peaceful vacation. It is not an appropriate area to play loud music, yell, or be rowdy after 9pm. We cater to quiet families and groups looking for a relaxing getaway in nature.
- Please note that we will have a member of our team meet you at the property for check-in in order to show you a few key pieces of information about the home. Check-in times are between 4pm - 7pm. A $75 late check-in fee will apply if guests check-in between 7pm - 8pm. No check-ins past 8pm. If you believe you will require a later check-in time, please get in touch with us first.
