Beautiful new Isle of Palms custom home (2022) just one block from the beach. Limited availability and the owners seek good people to enjoy a quiet and relaxing time at their beautiful home. Seeking repeat visitors who will treat the home with care and respect as if it is their own. Location and amenities don't get any better than this! Please NO PARTIES permitted. This is a quiet area, so this is a place to focus on relaxation! The game room, home theatre and pool are AWESOME!

The space
The spacious interior includes direct access to the elevated pool as part of your living space and an amazing gourmet kitchen with counter seating for 5 and dining that seats 6. Music system throughout. Main bedroom with amazing shower/tub combination is on the first floor (elevated).

On the second floor, shoot pool in the game room with fantastic views and a great porch. Upstairs are three bedrooms with their own full baths. King, Queen and Double Bunks for the kids. In addition, a great gym to work out and start your day that includes a recumbent bike, elliptical and free weights.

The Rooftop has views of the ocean and a nice deck area to relax. The nightlife and dining are just a few blocks away.

A Home Theater with seating for 8 rounds out the amenities with 100 inch LCD TV. Full set of beach chairs and toys included as well as 5 beach bikes. Don't miss out on this one!

There is no elevator at this home and many stairs. There are safety rules for small children around the pool areas.
