The space
Welcome to 'Casa Bonita'!

This stunning home is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, featuring 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

As you enter, you'll notice custom cabinets and gorgeous quartz countertops in the kitchen. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, featuring a king-sized bed and private en-suite bathroom. Also on the first floor, the open-concept living and dining room flow right out onto a large covered patio.

Step outside to enjoy the amazing outdoor space, featuring a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and cold plunge surrounded by pavers and lush landscaping—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen, a fire pit, a set of cornhole, multiple decks/porches, and an exterior closet that is available for all your beach gear!

For added convenience, there are laundry rooms on both the first and second floors. The second floor also has a cozy living area with balcony access, plus 3 additional bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms with King beds and a shared balcony, and a bedroom with 2 sets of Twin over Queen bunk beds.

Travelling all the way up to the third floor, you'll find a third living area with 2 sofa beds, a wet bar, full bathroom, and a half-covered balcony with a dining table.

Located just behind Cafe 30A, you’ll have easy access to the county beach!

Enjoy all that Seagrove Beach has to offer, with quick access to Old Seagrove, Seaside, and Watercolor, providing a range of entertainment, shopping, and dining options along 30A. Experience the charm of coastal living in this beautifully designed home!

We also manage 2 homes right next to this one if you have a big group and want to stay close! They are It's a Shore Thing (37 Sand Dollar- 4 bedrooms) and The Pickled Flamingo (42 Sand Dollar- 4 bedrooms)- see circled photo. Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. 

AirBnb handles all payments.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
​​​​​​​Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.

Seagrove’s collection of lush oak trees, magnolias, and laid back, yet luxurious lifestyles makes it a favorite of longtime South Walton visitors. The landscape is complemented by its diverse mix of boutiques, casual cafes and an altogether upbeat ambiance.

A stay in Seagrove is full of adventure! The proximity demands that visitors explore Deer Lake State Park and Eastern Lake (very close to where the house is located), and biking along the Timpoochee Trail in Seagrove is a preferred way to get around!

Just a stone's throw from the house is the Old Florida Fish House, which is the perfect place for lunch or dinner. You don’t want to miss out on their renowned sushi and live music! They also have a great outdoor space for kiddos and a wine bar/coffee shop next door! It is darling!!

Also in Seagrove, dining at Café Thirty-A is a tradition. This South Walton favorite was one of the first to establish a foothold along Highway 30A. Not far to the west, on Highway 395, Seagrove Village Market is a must for succulent shrimp po-boys and good old nostalgia, having been part of the Seagrove community since 1949. Surfing Deer is also a guest favorite - ask to sit on the patio!

The new Greenway Station is also close to the house and has a butcher shop, coffee shop, ice cream shop, winery, restaurants, art galleries and more! It is also a quick LSV ride to The Big Chill which has a jumbo-tron TV and grass turf area for kids to play, surrounded by outdoor shops and restaurants!

With plenty of shady nooks, beautiful stretches of sun-soaked beach, and lots of fun to go around, Seagrove is the perfect beach community for families looking for a classic Florida vacation vibe - and this house emulates that feel at every turn!
