Enter the private entry way, and you are welcomed with a bright and airy floorplan with grand pool and ocean views. The gourmand’s kitchen features the latest, top-of-the-line appliances and opens up to a spacious grand room. The grand room opens up to the oversized living terrace with 9’ stacked sliders and is ideal for entertaining. The living terrace boasts multiple sitting areas, a Lynx infrared/gas grill, fireplace, and large flat-screen TV.
