The open-plan living and dining space opens onto a lush garden and private swimming pool, creating easy indoor-outdoor living. A generous balcony and rooftop terrace provide lovely views, perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or relaxed evenings.

All four bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, ample storage, and comfort-focused amenities, with a layout of three king beds and one twin—ideal for families or groups. The villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy poolside seating, and entertainment facilities.

With daily housekeeping from Nakula’s attentive team and a location near New Kuta Golf, Balangan Beach, and GWK Cultural Park, this villa offers a peaceful yet convenient base for an unforgettable Bali escape.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:00. Late check-in is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. As our staff are not on standby at the villa at all times, please inform us of your estimated arrival time beforehand. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid ID, booking voucher or confirmation letter, and complete a registration form acknowledging the villa policies.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges: 50% of the villa rate for check-outs between 12:00–18:00, and 100% of the villa rate after 18:00.

Occupancy & Extra Guests
The rate includes up to 08 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 11 guests. Extra guest fees apply for the 09th, 10th and 11th guests.

Additional Services
Rates apply to stays only. Optional services such as daily breakfast, private chef, airport transfers, private transportation, baby equipment rental, grocery shopping, and others are available at an additional cost and should be arranged through our guest services team.
