The space
Villa Nelayan is a stunning 5-bedroom sanctuary in Canggu, perfectly located 300m from Nelayan Beach and 15 mins from Seminyak. Featuring modern Balinese architecture and handmade furniture, this villa offers 5 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite marble bathrooms and outdoor rain showers.
The heart of the home is a 25m T-shaped pool with a shallow area for kids, surrounded by tropical gardens and flat lawns ideal for families or small events. Enjoy an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a 10-person dining table designed for tropical living. Whether relaxing on the sun deck or the breezy terrace, Villa Nelayan is the ultimate retreat for groups and families.
Your stay is elevated by attentive on-site staff. While the property has no in-unit dishwasher or laundry, staff happily handle all dishwashing and will coordinate pickup/delivery with a trusted outside laundry vendor.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:00. Late check-in is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. As our staff are not on standby at the villa at all times, please inform us of your estimated arrival time beforehand. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid ID, booking voucher or confirmation letter, and complete a registration form acknowledging the villa policies.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges: 50% of the villa rate for check-outs between 12:00–18:00, and 100% of the villa rate after 18:00.
Occupancy & Extra Guests
The rate includes up to 10 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. Extra guest fees apply for the 11th and 12th guests.
Additional Services
For Booking made after 02 June 2026, Rates apply include Daily Breakfast (Except for Weekly Stay / Monthly Stay). Optional services such as private chef, airport transfers, private transportation, baby equipment rental, grocery shopping, and others are available at an additional cost and should be arranged through our guest services team.
Events, Party & Gatherings
While the villa is perfect for celebrations, the listed rate on Airbnb applies to stays only. All events, parties, or gatherings require prior written approval from management. Hosting unapproved gatherings that exceed villa occupancy limits, or bringing in external event equipment without permission, is strictly prohibited and will result in penalties.
To host an event, guests must book under our Event Package priced at IDR 50,000,000 (which includes a mandatory 2-night stay). Additional surcharges apply for extra nights and during High/Peak seasons. Please contact us before booking to discuss your plans.
