FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bike; additional bikes are delivered free and available at a discount.

Palmetto Dunes Car Passes (per vehicle) are:
$25 for 1-2 nights
$45 3-7 nights

Car Passes must be ordered at time of booking and can be picked up at our office on day of arrival. Please let us know in the comments how many passes are needed. If not, our guest ambassador will follow up with you after we receive your online booking.
FREE TRANSPORTATION: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Shops, and Restaurants. This Shuttle runs from April through September.
Elevator: 29" Wide (gate opening) x 31" Deep (Our properties and elevators are not ADA compliant.)
Pool: 40' x14', The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Express. ID Verification is required. Please note that the Host (Vacation Homes of Hilton Head) requires all guest to provide a credit card to keep on file for incidentals. Once a reservation is made, Vacation Homes of Hilton Head will reach out for this information.
Other things to note
After your booking is confirmed, we will email you a rental contract for electronic signature which must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Additionally, this property may have exterior security cameras monitoring outdoor common areas such as the front door and the pool area. Please note that the Host (Vacation Homes of Hilton Head) requires all guests to provide a credit card to keep on file for incidentals.
