Our curated properties are in highend quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to be respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors.
All reservations over Christmas require a minimum stay of 5 nights, covering December 21 to December 26. For New Year’s Eve, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required, covering December 26 to January 2. If you wish to stay for both Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the reservation must be for a minimum of 12 nights.
If your desired dates do not align with these requirements, please contact our sales department, and we will do our best to find a suitable option for you.
