- Early Bird: 15% off for stays during Low and Shoulder season, 10% off for stays during High season, and 5% off for stays during Peak season for bookings made more than 120 days prior to check-in date.
- Last Minute: 20% off for bookings made less than 30 days prior to check-in date (excluding Peak season).
- Long Stay: 10% off for bookings of 7 nights or more (excluding Peak season).

AGE POLICY
The primary guest must be aged 25 years and older at check-in
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of USD 2,000/ THB 60,000 per stay, in cash or as a credit card hold will be collected onsite upon check-in.
