Discover the epitome of coastal living at Saltwater Serenity, a newly unveiled three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom pool haven in the heart of the eco-conscious Hunter's Point community. Immerse yourself in the tranquil allure of the saltwater canal with views from two balconies. Savor your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching boats pass by or possibly catching glimpses of playful dolphins and manatees. When walking into the property you will notice that the first floor consists of a garage and an entryway that also has access to a private pool deck area in the back. Upstairs, on the second floor, you will find the main living space that opens to blend the kitchen, dining room, living room, and two of the balconies all together. On the third floor, you will find all 3 of the bedrooms and both full-sized bathrooms as well as a private balcony tied to the primary suite and third bedroom. Elevator access is available to transport to any of the floors for easy accessibility.
Located on the main floor this chef-inspired kitchen offers a large island, a cooktop, upgraded appliances, and a Keurig. The dining room sits directly next to the kitchen and accommodates a table for five while the kitchen island offers seating for 2 more. Just off the dining room, you will find the family room with a Smart TV which boasts the view outside and seamlessly blends with the balcony via the sliding glass doors. For convenience, there is also a half bath on this level.

Unwind in the thoughtfully designed primary bedroom, boasting a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private water-view balcony for the ultimate in relaxation and privacy. The garage is 7ft tall and 11.5ft wide to fit most boat trailers for storage. Boats allowed up to 26ft long. The community was designed as a boating community and garages made specifically for trailers, outdoor parking of trailers is not allowed. Parking a boat trailer on the street or in the parking lot may have the trailer towed by the HOA. *Current presence of about 15 Manatees in the mangroves that are being monitored by FWC*

*Vehicle in Garage is NOT available for use.
*Tesla charging station available for renters in the garage.
*Pool heat can be added for an additional fee.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
Other things to note
1. Please read the guestbook! Info like trash days, wifi passwords, and other things you need to know is located in the book.
2. Any people other than those in the guest party (renter) are the sole responsibility of the guest (renter). Parties and events are not allowed unless given prior
approval from the management company and paid an event fee. If a party or event did happen at the house an additional fee will be charged to the card on file
based on the property rented.
3. This home is privately owned. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur
while on-premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By
accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use
of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
4. Pets are only permitted with prior approval and upon completion of the Pet Addendum to the rental agreement. An additional pet fee does apply.
5. Please be considerate to the neighbors and not have loud music after 10 pm.
6. All items in the home and on the property, including DVD's, CD, books and games are intended for entertainment and
enjoyment of the guests while staying at the house and are not to be removed from the home or property. The only
exception would be those items which are intended for use at the beach.
7. Some properties have keys and garage/ gate remotes, if they are lost its $50 each to replace.
8. Please clean the grills after each use. There will be a $50 cleaning fee charged if grill is not cleaned.
9. No smoking allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only.
($500 cleaning fee applies if found smoking in house or smoke smell)
10. Please follow the departure instructions to help keep our cleaning costs down. We do everything we can to keep the properties in the best shape possible
