Just a short 3-minute stroll from the Ace Family Quad Lift, the condo hotel is close to Hirafu’s restaurants and shops, while providing a peaceful sanctuary. The pinnacle of luxury, the 5-Bedroom Penthouse Residence is designed for up to ten guests. Showcasing breathtaking views of Mt. Yotei and the natural surroundings, these suites comprise five bedrooms spread across two floors, furnished with either twin or king-size beds, complemented by a modern kitchen, a generous dining area, ensuite bathrooms, and a walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom plus additional shower rooms connected to the onsen, ensuring utmost comfort and luxury. Maximum of 2 additional guests allowed at extra cost.

• Service Clean every 2nd day for all other room types
