This contemporary three-level villa features four spacious en suite bedrooms, each with a private balcony and sea views. The open-plan living area flows into expansive terraces and a infinity-edge pool overlooking Soper’s Hole. The fully equipped kitchen along with the commercial BBQ grill is ideal for home cooking or bringing in a private chef to prepare meals while you relax.
Waterfront living
Hawksbill House features over 130 feet of private shoreline and an 80-foot private dock with mooring. You’re welcome to bring your own boat, or there are plenty of companies that offer first class retail options . The location is ideal for sailors, fishing enthusiasts, and anyone wanting to explore nearby islands by water.
