The space
As with all Fieldtrip properties, you can expect an elevated experience where every need has been anticipated and every comfort provided.
Outside, an impressive gated entry opens up to a long private driveway — perfect for a grand entrance. The property’s warm hues, terra-cotta tiles, artisanal stone work, enchanting landscaping, and vineyard views evoke the charm of a Tuscan villa, while the generous outdoor space invites you to enjoy the Southern California sun. Unwind on the massive lawn, under the shady gazebo, or on the inviting pool deck, complete with a hot tub, lounge chairs, fully equipped grill station, and outdoor dining table.
As you step inside, you’ll find an open-plan living area with lounge seating, a chef’s kitchen, and large glass doors that open up to provide fresh air and fabulous views. The décor balances high-end luxury with country-chic, combining vaulted ceilings, rustic wooden beams, premium furnishings, and elegant designer details. You’ll also have a garage game room and lounge space that features a pool table, ping-pong table, TV, and arcade machine.
When the day ends, the property’s impeccable bedrooms make it easy to rest and recharge. The master is particularly regal, with a plush king bed and glass doors that provide stunning views and direct outdoor access. The spa-style en-suite features a freestanding tub and luxurious marble walk-in shower. The other five bedrooms are also impeccably decorated, with one offering two bunk beds to accommodate children and larger groups.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's mobile app experience (powered by DACK) contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you’ll find it all here. This app is highly encouraged to check into your FIELDTRIP home and thoroughly (and effortlessly) enjoy the property and amenities.
- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 10 cars on the property and must follow the parking plan. Cars should park in the driveway or the dirt parking pad to the right of the driveway. There is absolutely no parking permitted on the road (Indian Knoll).
- PETS - Pets not permitted at this time. No exceptions.
- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee is required.
- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Please note that we charge production fees for all commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, and or revenue-generating photography and videography shot on the property. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
