Neighborhood highlights

Please be advised that access to Incline Village's three private beaches is limited to property owners only. The recreation center is open to the public, for a daily guest fee. The rec center includes a heated swimming pool, basketball court, fitness equipment and classes, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and three bocce ball courts. There is no fee to enjoy the pump track and disc golf course at the recreation center.

Enjoy Village Green and the Incline Village Fitness Trail (an 18-station exercise course adjacent to the Village Green. The 8/10 of a mile course winds through the forest next to Incline Creek. The course contains accessible walking, running, snowshoeing, biking & exercise trails). Dogs welcome when organized activities are not scheduled.

Its clear blue waters surrounded by the towering Sierras are a sight to behold! Lake Tahoe is truly a treasure, hopefully to be visited by all at some point!
