Relaxed yet refined, this home blends iconic design with family-friendly comfort, just minutes from Portland.

The space
Just 15 minutes from downtown Portland and minutes from the freeway, this mid-century oasis is filled with light by day and warmth by night. Sun pours through walls of glass, creating a bright, energizing vibe, while soft evening lighting makes the home feel intimate and relaxing. High-end finishes and thoughtful furnishings blend modern luxury with cozy charm, so your stay feels indulgent yet welcoming — truly a home away from home.

Out back, the property opens directly to a sprawling 23.5-acre park with trails, open fields, and a playground just across the way — perfect for kids or letting your pups stretch their legs.

Please note: the neighborhood pool and tennis courts are reserved for residents only, but you’ll have plenty of space to play, relax, and recharge right here.

Other things to note
The home has radiant floor heating it is best not to turn off in the winter as it can take almost a full day to warm up. There is a mini split system in the main room, but additional fans and space heaters can be provided with advanced notice. THERE IS NO CENTRAL AC.

The atrium while peaceful, can get very warm or cold as it is still considered outdoor space. When there is heavy rain it can be loud as with the wind.

Every other Thursday our landscapers Jose and Juan, but we will give you a heads up.
