The space
Recently furnished with a focus on comfort, natural light, and clean, contemporary finishes. The ground floor boasts a 100sqm garage, fitting four vehicles securely, along with a full staff bathroom. Access via both staircase or private elevator.

On the first floor, discover spacious open-plan living, dining, and entertaining areas with panoramic sea views. The fully equipped kitchen offers deluxe amenities, including a breakfast table for quick bites. All three bedrooms face the sea, opening onto a large patio with a pool, sun loungers, BBQ, and outdoor seating.
