This is a picturesque retreat nestles in over 10 acres of lush woodland, offering an idyllic escape in all seasons. This stunning home sleeps up to 12 and combines modern luxury with the tranquility of nature. From amenities like a pool and a hot tub, to a tennis court and a gym, this modern escape is perfect for large group vacations or workations.

The space
The outdoor swimming pool is open and heated in the summer months until Labor Day weekend. Kindly note that the pool is closed for the season and will reopen in the spring/summer of 2026. Please reach out if you have questions about pool and heating schedules.

The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics (oil, salt/pepper), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and dishwasher.

The property has super fast WiFi (typically 300+ mbps) and three amazing state-of-the-art workstations, each complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone and ergonomic desk chair. WiFi also extends outside if you want to work by the pool!

-Fitness Center-
The private gym is fully available for use with a Peloton, Ergatta rower, weight rack, table tennis and an infrared sauna. There are also yoga mats and accessories.

The living room has Sonos speakers and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or movies. There is also an indoor fireplace

PEST CONTROL
During the summer months, flying ants are a common sight in the area. These insects are naturally drawn to wooded environments and, despite regular pest control treatments, they may still find their way indoors, especially through open windows and doors or the small spaces near thresholds.

While we take proactive steps to maintain the home, including scheduled pest prevention, please be mindful and keep doors and windows closed when not in use.

NOISE
Kindly be mindful of noise levels to ensure a pleasant living environment for our neighbors.

PRIVACY
The pool and hot tub at this location are serviced weekly, scheduled every Monday afternoon.

ACCESSIBILITY
This two-level home requires stairs for second-level access.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.
