Beautifully renovated, luxury home in the heart of Camps Bay. Enjoy sociable, open plan living with 2 stylish king bedrooms both with large en suite bathrooms. The space
Newly renovated, this beautifully decorated home offers 2 luxury bedrooms each with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower. Each bedroom offers ample wardrobe space. The bedrooms offer quality beds, crisp white linen and fluffy towels and share a private balcony with stunning ocean views - look out for pods of dolphins and even whales who pass by frequently.

The open-plan living on the first floor offers a contemporary living and entertainment area. The stylish living and dining room leads onto a decked entertainment area where you will find a sparkling pool for your private use, outdoor dining table and pool loungers where you can sip your cool drink of choice whilst enjoying an ever-changing vista of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets.

The modern kitchen is equipped for all your self catering needs and offers an oven & hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave & Nespresso machine. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining table seats 4 and the stylish lounge and dining area both have stackable sliding doors that open up to allow the outside in.

The home also boasts a dedicated office so makes this ideal for business travellers, families, couples or friends.

Air conditioning ensures you keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

A 15min walk to the iconic Camps Bay beach with its trendy restaurants, cafes and coffee shops.

Nearby, Promenade Mall has boutiques selling fashion and beachwear, while the intimate Theatre on the Bay stages drama, musicals and comedy.

Bay is centrally located. Cape Town city centre and the V&A Waterfront are a mere 10 minutes away. You can take a trip to the historic Robben Island, visit the world famous Table Mountain, go shopping at Canal Walk, or walk through The Company Gardens and museums.
