L’étage est également une grande pièce avec coin salle de bains, dressing et lit de 2 personnes (180 x 200) et une toilette avec porte battante. La maison est située dans une propriété sécurisée, avec parking, un petit jardin privé à l'avant de la maison. Le village est calme à proximité de Tournai, Courtrai et Lille.

Koken kan op een AGA. In de zomer kan je zitten in de tuin. Een druivelaar siert de schuur en geeft schaduw aan het terras. Het is er heerlijk wakker worden bij het loeien van de koeien. The studio is located in the Pays des Collines region and very close to the Pairy Daiza park. The accommodation is completely independent of our home, very quiet. On the ground floor: a 16m² bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Upstairs: 35 m² with a bedroom area, a lounge area, (fridge, microwave, Nespresso, sink, dishes.) TV and internet. Bed linen and towels available. Eco-friendly air conditioning is powered by a heat pump.
