Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a number of attractions such as a sailing trip with the schooner Solrik or visits to the Ibsen museum, Norsk Hagebruksmuseum at Dømmesmoen, the Maritime Museum and Hamsun Manor. Dorm near Grimstad city center (without full kitchen)

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Located 50 m from the city beach in Grimstad. The apartment is located on the ground floor with plating (concrete slopes) secluded with a hedge. Child friendly. 5 min walk to shopping center and 10 min to guest harbor, boat rental and idyllic Grimstad city center. 10 min to walk to the University of Agder. Nice and quiet. Sleeps 1 car in garage basement. Incidentally, parking outside. Needs left in window to park in the co-op parking lot.

Homborsund by the sea, close to Zoo

Small apartment over double garage rented in idyllic Homborsund Close to the sea and about 25 minutes to Dyreparken. The apartment has an en suite bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hotplates).) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. In addition, two sleeping breezes. Plating with barbecue and large outdoor area. Initially takes up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Idyllic boat house/cabin at the shore of the sea.

Perfect spot for a small family or alone by the sea. The boathouse is from the 70s and is traditionally built. Here you can enjoy the sea view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boat house is simply furnished with all you need of kitchenware, dishes towels and dusting cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is insulated and it keeps a good temperature even when the wind blows. Especially beautiful it is in the fall.
