Our 30-year-old house is located in a quiet and green residential area. The garden with old trees can also be used. We renovated the house ourselves and were keen to preserve the character. The apartment on the upper floor offers a good view of the garden and the Deister. By arrangement, I will gladly offer breakfast for a fee. Parking is available in front of the property. The S-Bahn station with a half-hour connection to Hanover is a 3-minute walk.

Our rental is mainly aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are located near Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly characterized by the direct connection and proximity to Expo Hanover. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
