If you like the Mountain, far from the trendy resorts and mass tourism, and you prefer to hike or ride on the stages of the Tour de France, this is for you. The water mill, unusual lodging thanks to its glass floor in the living room allows you to observe the water flowing under its vaults and the trout that are carried by the current of the private torrent that borders the property. Covering an area of 40m2 on the ground and with its mezzanine it sleeps up to 4 people.

A beautiful 30 m2 terrace overlooking the mountain and the surrounding meadows, not overlooked, will offer you convivial moments around the plancha.

Traditional architecture house (stone, wood and slate) in the center of Lanuza overlooking the reservoir and children's area. Renovated in 2004, it is fully equipped (appliances, linens and dishes). The setting, in the heart of the Tena Valley, next to the Formigal and Panticosa ski resorts, is a paradise at any time of the year. We are on the shores of the reservoir, surrounded by beautiful nature, next to the French border, by the port of El Portalet.

The home is laid out as follows: On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with access to a large shared garden on some dates of the year. On the first floor, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom, on the second floor 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Finally, on the third floor or Sabaya, a beautiful room with a bathroom.
