Monthly Rentals in Romsdalsfjorden

The view from this house is absolutely INCREDIBLE! We had a little rain, but then there were spectacular rainbows! You can hear the waterfalls and the birds. It is so serene and peaceful! This house and the beautiful deck with jacuzzi are a destination! You will not want to leave the house, as the views of the fjord and the mountains keep changing, sometimes moment to moment. Rain may come through briefly obscuring the view, but then it clears and the mountains are covered in fresh snow, making them even more beautiful! I have traveled extensively to many places in the world and the view from this house stands out as one of the most stunningly beautiful places in the world!

Marion’s place is a little slice of heaven! Such an amazing view over the fjord, this rustic yet cosy, comfortable home has with everything we needed… (including fluffy towels- a very welcome change!) We enjoyed some down time from our busy holiday schedule, and loved soaking up the location - from coffee by the lounge windows,; a read on the patio, cozying up with blankets. Marion has truly thought of enerything. The laundry in the bathroom is probably the most functional one we’ve had on out travels. A quick 10 min drive to town too to cafes and supermarket, and of course the gondola for amazing fjord views Lastly , Marion was a lovely responsive host, very helpful with local recommendations. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world - we will definitely stay again!

This was one of our best Airbnb stay! The house has the most amazing views and spacious, comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces to take it all in. Everything for a comfortable stay is provided, including a very well equipped kitchen. Hilde is an incredible host. Thank you for making our first visit to Norway so special.

Fantastic accommodation - we loved it! Really well situated for all the places we wanted to see. Whilst the accommodation is next to a road, it was very quiet!
