Located among the spectacular mountains of the Axarquía district between Riogordo and Comares, it's close to Malaga Airport (45 mins) and the coast (35 mins).

Secluded in a valley just above a stream, rustic and rural, a great place to get away from it all ,ideal for families,groups or couples. Set in an olive grove of about an acre,with various terraces leading down to a stream at the bottom ( dry in summer) Fenced off private pool 9x5 (approx) with solar heating and bar area and table tennis outside the house. The beach at Torre del Mar is 50 minutes away, along with large supermarkets at Velez-Malaga. The village of Comares is 10 minutes away .

I like to describe our house as the smallest house in Comares in the most beautiful square in Comares (Plaza de los Verdiales). Imagine sitting on its terrace looking at the image of a unique, beautiful and well-kept town square. A simple village house, with personality, decorated to make you feel comfortable and happy. It is divided into three floors (note, there is no elevator in a traditional village house) the last is a roof terrace where you can see the mountains beyond the village.

(Pool-WIFI-Nature-Aircon) Villa La Zorzalera is situated just outside the beautiful hamlet of Los Ventorros and a 5 minutes-drive takes you to the typical whitewashed village of Comares, voted ‘Pueblo magico d’España’. Villa La Zorzalera is quite unique because, although the house lies in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by olive and almond groves, it is only a short walk away from typical Andalusian bars and restaurants.

A fantastic accommodation. Perfect for couples. You are completely undisturbed and blessed with absolute privacy. The view and the cottage are beautiful and invite you to linger or spend a cozy day by the pool. The ride up the mountain is a bit tedious, but you will be well compensated by the great views. We found the location of the accommodation to be an optimal center for excursions to Ronda, Seville, Granada and Cordoba. Each destination is between 1.5 - 2.5 hours' drive (all four highly recommended). The place was very clean and very conveniently equipped. Helga is an absolutely reliable and accommodating host.

This is a true hidden gem, easily the house with the best view I’ve ever been. The hosts are friendly and responsive. They were also very flexible concerning the checkin and checkout time. Would surely recommend this place!

Lovely cottage, perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Well worth a trip to nerja! And 100% recommend a car for the time you stay. Susana was great at looking after us and checking us in etc. we will definitely return!! The only thing I would suggest an improvement on is a seating table outside could be bigger so all guests can sit together as currently only two small tables. But other than that the place is lovely!! Thank you and see you soon

Casita Comares was our honeymoon stay. We had stayed in fancy/expensive hotels in Madrid and Seville during the Spain trip but the very best part of the honeymoon were the three night spent at Casita Comares. Accommodations exceeded expectations. The hosts are kind and responsive. 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful holiday from start to finish and picked the perfect place to stay. Jose Antonio’s place had everything you could ask for - it was spotlessly clean and oozed authentic charm whilst offering all the necessary modern amenities. We particularly enjoyed sunbathing by the pool and eating food cooked on the BBQ under the terrace, overlooking that amazing view. When we managed to pull ourselves away from the house, it was a 2 minute walk round to the local bars, restaurants and shops. The locals were really welcoming and child friendly. Correspondence with the hosts was super quick and they went above and beyond to make sure we had the most special and memorable time. We would not hesitate to return here as we felt really well looked after and it was ideal for the holiday we wanted. As the description states, this place truly is a hidden gem! Thank you so much to Jose Antonio, Veerle and Susanna x
