Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a four year old daughther, and a two-year old boy, so there is baby chairs, babybeds, and changing tables available.

A spacious living room and kitchen area is highlighted by large windows that allow natural light to fill the space. Visited with my family for a weekend in August, and enjoyed the stay at a quiet street central in Stavanger. Sissel communicated well before check in and everything was in order when we got there. It was easy to locate, and we had no issues getting access to the house. The house is central in Stavanger with walking distance to everything you’ll need. Lots of good takeaway nearby, but also a well equipped kitchen in the house to cook whatever you’d like! Enjoyed the board games available, and will definitely recommend staying here :)

Lovely stay here this week - Marit was very helpful and friendly - the accommodation was vey clean, and very close to ONS which was great for us (5min walk) . The bedrooms were perfect for the x4 of us and the bathrooms were very clean and presentable - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will seek it out next time we are in for ONS ! 5stars :-)

Diderich was very easy to contact. This is a great house if you want communal space. Large sofas and 3 separate spaces in a large open plan lounge and dining area to chill out, chat, read or watch some TV on the huge screen. The view is just beautiful. Nice upstairs balcony and all of the rooms have a view of the sea. Very peaceful and easy to walk to nearby villages, beaches and a great hut at the top of the hill for evening fire pit and marshmallows! There are so many small bays and beaches and a large area to hike and pick wild blueberries. It is special. The kitchen is fantastic. Everything you could need. Great induction job and oven. Loads of utensils. Amazing coffee machine. Only 10 mins drive into Farsund for supermarkets. About 2 hours drive from Kristiansand.

We had a very nice stay in this very centrally located house. It is very large, so that there would certainly be 2 families relaxed place. It is very well equipped and there was nothing missing. Contact with Ingvild & Halvard was very friendly! We would highly recommend this house and would book it again ☺️

Great experience in this fantastic and bright house, close to the fair (20 minutes walk, 5 minutes by car), from the city center maybe not even 10 minutes away, great area and above all quiet. I highly recommend it and if there was a chance I would be happy to go back.

Magnificent villa, large garden, parks on the property

if you are a medium size family looking for a place in stavanger this fits well. Marius is an excellent host looking to help you enjoy your experience. I might suggest an Uber or taxi to the location as carrying luggage up the slight hill was a little long. but definitely walkable after check-in. we also received excellent weather free of charge :)

We had a wonderful stay at Espens place. The house was very clean and had more than enough space for our family. We would stay again if we get the chance.

It is a nice house in a wonderful surrounding. we had lots of fun in the waterfall, the river and the fjord. The conversations with Olav were always on point and fast answered. I recommend it warmly.
