Very comfortable stay at this lovely apartment! Our host was friendly and welcoming, with sweet treats and fresh fruit waiting for us. The green garden was a peaceful oasis, complete with adorable rabbits and a cat - perfect for relaxing.Our host was also super informative about local events and disruptions, including a train strike one of the days. While the space felt as advertised, there were a few areas for improvement: the cold floor made it chilly indoors, additionally, some of the semi-transparent blinds didn't provide full privacy, and the air vents on the top part of the apartment could have used a good cleaning. Overall, a great base for our stay - thanks to our host!"

A historic place. A farmhouse built on the foundations of a castle. Nevertheless, everything was beautifully remodeled with respect for the past. The yard, the meadows with sheep and fruit trees, the fish ladder in the stream next door also makes it a downright idyllic place. A nice host and hostess made this weekend to remember. Thank you.

Sittard is not a bustling city, but a nice base. A small historic center; worth a visit. Maastricht is easy to travel to by train. Great location🌻

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and kind, and even accommodated a few special requests we had without hesitation. The location was excellent, a 5-minute walk and short bus ride to Eindhoven city center and the train station. Despite being so close to the center, the neighborhood was tranquil and peaceful, which we appreciated. We especially loved the bedroom’s high ceiling, large windows, and the beautiful round window above that filled the room with soft morning light. The sound insulation between rooms and floors was also surprisingly good; everything felt calm and private. We would stay here again!

Jan was the perfect host – incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, he immediately brought a go-kart and a ping pong table for the children, which was really appreciated. The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

A person drove in Europe, remembering that the sky was dark when I arrived, Vivian was waiting for me outside the house, the house was right in front of the garden, the house was very clean and comfortable, the environment was very good and quiet!Vivian also introduced me in detail that I was planning to stay for only one day, but I saw that Vivian was such a hospitality, I changed my trip for one more day!The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious and clean!Vivian delivers a hearty breakfast every morning and everything is great!I enjoyed my stay here, more than Vivian and her family!Thank you for meeting you!I really hope we can see you again!Thank you! Bart is a great Host who takes really good care of his visitors. He gave really good recommendations about restaurants, bars etc. We as a Group had a great stay!

We were for the occasion of a yoga congress in a beautiful castle not far from the accommodation in Maastricht. The owners were very nice with our stay and we were welcomed with the right information. We could park the car very close to the accommodation and that was very nice. We recommend this accommodation for two people, there is everything in the apartment and the terrace behind is very nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning in peace with the natural singing of all the beautiful birds. We loved it, Thank you for the hospitality it was great.
