Villa vacation rentals in Rodney Bay

Kelly was so nice that he followed me up once I booked his place. some how, we had travel glitch and Kelly was gracious to offer us his more expensive house due to the conflict. So, this review applies to the bigger place we eventually stayed at. Awesome place with cool ocean breeze coming to us. Not only that, but the spectacular view of the ocean and golf course in this area was something else. In a nutshell, this place is ideal for a family with kids that need a quiet place to relaxe and spend precious time together. Kelly's followup, communications and quick assistance were outstanding. I highly recommend this host.

Beautiful property to have a good time with family or groups of friends. Close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The 3 bedrooms were spacious with a connected toilet. Cleanliness was really top notch. Pool was perfectly maintained. In addition to private parking, the villa is very safe. Sherice and Gemma were always available to make our stay enjoyable and answer our questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us at this beautiful Villa.

Lovely apartment. 1 minute walk from Reduit Beach which is stunning. I am a lone female traveller. I found Beachcross to be very safe, a chain lock on the front door, a safe area (it's opposite a police station) and safe to walk around at night. No safe in room, and reception was a bit slow to respond re safe, but I kept my passport in my suitcase so all fine. This place is a bit basic, but clean and perfect for Reduit beach. I went to the beach for sunrise each morning which was lovely, quiet and safe. The vendors on the beach are lovely and restaurants fab. . I highly recommend it and would stay here again

Les's place was perfect. It was away from busy traffic but close enough to access everything. About 10 min to Rodney Bay and the marina. The house was clean a d ready when we arrived and the hist was there to greet us. She was soo welcoming. She gave us recommendations and was very accommodating. We really appreciated the stay.... And the view 😍 they also provide taxi /shuttle services

First, the pictures don’t accurately represent what Dania’s house gives, it’s fact it’s way BETTER in person. Dania was very responsive & beyond friendly, best host I’ve encountered so far. She made us feel very at home, from giving dining/activity recommendations to even having her parents cook & being our personal driver. This is the sign to book this listing!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Purple Parrot with our 3 boys. We used John's recommended taxi service instead of renting a car which was a great idea as the roads are a little treacherous for someone not local. Lots of space for a family to spread out. We spent a lot of time just taking in the beautiful views in this relaxed environment. Based on prior reviews, I was under the impression that we would have full access to Windjammer Resort - this is not correct. While there is a gate that opens, non-Windjammer guests are not allowed to use the resort before 6pm (at least during high season). Even going to the restaurant for breakfast, the hostess had to check with her supervisor prior to seating us. You may still use the beach since it is public.

This was such a beautiful vacation spot! We had a great time. Alston our driver was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. Flores was extremely helpful and kept the house spotless. We loved the pool and how easy it was to walk right down to the beach. We recommend hitting sugar beach, Rodney bay, and the street party on Fridays! Overall would come back as soon as possible 10/10!

We spent 10 days in Lotus Villa as a family travelling with 3 children (ages 10, 7 and 2) and we couldn’t recommend this place enough. The pool deck area is where we spent most of our time enjoying the incredible views and sunsets whilst the kids splashed about in the pool (which was great and the perfect size!) . The location couldn’t be better because it is super peaceful and private but within 10 minutes of all restaurants and amenities of Rodney Bay. The house is well equipped with everything you need and the bedrooms have air con and blackouts which ensured everyone could have a good night sleep. The TV has Netflix which the kids enjoyed once they got tired of the pool and the WiFi signal worked perfectly too. The hosts, Nelly and Johan were very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed to have the best time. A car is recommended. All in all Lotus Villa is a gem in the Caribbean and we hope we are able to come back again one day!

We had a wonderful stay here. The views were immaculate and the space felt very cozy. The home came with all of the amenities we could ask for, and the location was great. The privacy was just right, but also in close proximity to amazing restaurants and action within the island. Lorna was a super responsive property manager who assisted with all questions, and secured private transportation for us throughout the entirety of the trip. And she also provided great dining recommendations as well. All around great stay and I’d highly recommend.

Jon and Joanna made our stay an unforgettable experience! We absolutely loved our stay and the the pictures didn’t do this place justice. Our party loved the breakfast and dinners that were cooked onsite. If you get a chance to have them cook for you definitely do it! The views were absolutely amazing and the staff was so helpful and friendly. David the housekeeper was so nice and helpful throughout our stay. Stanis and Baptist were great drivers. We really appreciated the little gifts that Stanis gave for my birthday. It was a nice touch! I wish that the excursions weren’t so far so we could enjoy the house a little bit more but all and all the airbnb, host, and staff were amazing. 10/10 experience. Thanks for making my 30th one I’ll never forget 😊

My family of 6 stayed here in June 2025. The photos don't do justice to how magical this place feels in person—that Marigot Bay view is absolutely unreal. Every morning I'd sit on the deck with my coffee, watching hummingbirds dart between the flowers while the whole bay sparkled below. Evenings meant rooftop deck time, cold drinks in hand as we watched the sun melt behind those rolling hills. The breeze, the colors, the pure peace of it all—this really is what you picture when you think "Caribbean paradise." The house itself was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, and very spacious—we could've easily fit a few more people. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. But honestly? Alicia made the trip special. She helped us plan before we arrived, answering every question and sending thoughtful suggestions during our stay. It felt like having a local friend who genuinely cared about making our vacation special. Every restaurant and activity was perfect for our family.XOXO

We were a family of 5 with three school-aged kids and had an incredible stay at the Eye of Marigot. The pool was refreshing, the views were killer, and the house was clean and had everything we needed! Pauline gave detailed instructions and responded quickly to any question we had throughout the booking and stay. And Cornelius could not have been friendlier on our day with him on his boat. We loved the tranquility and beauty of Marigot Bay while not being too far away from everything we knew we wanted to do in the North and South of the island. We highly recommend this team and property!

We had an amazing time at Villa Becune! Emile and his team have gone to great lengths to ensure there are many amenities in each room. The location is perfect and we were able to easily get to restaurants, stores, the beach, and the Friday Night Street Party nearby. The pool is a great size and there are many areas outside to lounge. Like almost all homes in tropical countries, there was no AC in the main living area, but we expected that and enjoyed the outdoor areas and the AC in the bedrooms. The hot water was quick and much appreciated after experiencing other locations without it. Our host was incredibly responsive and we were so grateful for the flexibility of our check in. We ended up in St. Lucia because of a flight issue to our initial destination. Emile’s place had the adapters that we needed for our electronics and several toiletry items we hadn’t packed as well. We were relieved and at home here. We would gladly stay again!

This is our second time at Elena’s wonderful villa. The property manager Will always takes great care of any request or issues promptly! We would’ve stayed longer if we could. The place is better than the photos, and the A/C in the living room is a great touch. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at Johnnys place was great. We were a group of four, two married couples visiting for the Jazz Fest. It was a bit difficult to find at first but Sasha the property manager walked us through the directions. He also made sure we were comfortable and when my wife requested a standing mirror he provided it on the same day. The villa has almost everything you need we just wished the communal pool was closer to the villa. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The villa had an amazing view of the bay. It was so peaceful and relaxing to wake up to this view every morning and have a coffee and breakfast on the balcony. We stayed in most nights and cooked the dinner ourselves as we had the best sunset view from our villa. It was great that there was a closed off area on the beach for us with sun loungers that we could use free of charge. Yes, the villa is on top of the hill so probably not for someone with mobility issues but wasn’t problem for us at all. Our flight was in the evening and the host let us leave the luggage with them and pick it up later in the afternoon. They also arranged a bathroom for us to use and take a shower before we leave for the airport which was a bonus. All in all really great stay! Truly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place in St Lucia.

Nice location very close to Rodney Bay with short walk to shopping area and Reduit Beach. As others have stated the inside is a little dark and could use some refreshing, but outside area more than compensates with the sitting and pool areas. We may have been spoiled as we had the entire downstairs to ourselves for most of our stay, but for the few days the upstairs was occupied noise was never an issue. This is a fantastic venue, with access to a pool and lots of nearby amenities. We had an incredible time on holiday with our small family. The location was safe and secure as well as lots of helpful information about the locality. It was a fantastic family holiday and a great way to experience St Lucia. Epic holiday and would strongly recommend this place!

We had the BEST time a Villa Micheline. It’s a bit of a drive from the airport, but worth it! Fruit trees in the yard, refreshing pool, outdoor shower, AC worked great, walking distance to the beach and the market.

Alex’s place was beautiful with great views of the ocean. The pool was an exceptional bonus. The villa was very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Alex and Aunty B were very gracious and available for anything that we needed. They both truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. This is not a negative, just something that I think visitors should be aware of. There are several flights of stairs. My husband and I are in our 70s and were fine. But, if you have knee or back issues that limit your mobility, the stairs may need to be considered.
